If I could give these crooks 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Came in for 10 mins to diagnose a problem they couldn’t fix - $75. Came back after a week to remove a toilet and get it to work $350. But wait. Toilet has not been installed. Once they figure that toilet cannot be fixed and new one needs to be installed - MORE MONEY! Stay away from this price gouging incompetent group.

We're very unhappy with this company. Our Home Warranty found them for our issue with our hot water. We wouldn't have selected them. They replaced the hot water heater for less than other companies had quoted, even without the warranty paying part of it, which should've been an indicator to us of less than 5 star service. Then we decided to get our old water regulator replaced while they were here and just pay them instead of putting in a new Home Warranty service request. We paid them $400+ and 45 days later we are still having the issue with water regulation. When we called them they refused to come check back to check on the problem for us without being paid another $99. They said if they found the regulator they just replaced to be faulty they wouldn't replace it because it's the company that produced it's fault... When my husband expressed frustration on the phone at this attempt to get more money from us and that we would not pay for a whole new part and install when they just installed it 45 days ago, the woman laughed at my husband and called him rude. He was reasonably frustrated and said it would be absolutely ridiculous for us to pay another $400+ for something they just did for us with a part they selected and installed. The woman on the phone told me to check if it's hot and cold or just hot water doing the pressure issue and it ended up being both in the end. They must not care about having repeat customers. Very disappointed we have to have another company come look at the regulator we just had replaced.. Just bad business overall to treat customers that way.

They did a fantastic job on my bathroom faucet that needed to be replaced but was an old design that limited the installation. The plumber built a custom attachment to get it done. They also advised me to upgrade the faucet choices. My 1980 bathroom looks great. Very nice people also. Alana is on it!

I had a leak somewhere so they came out to diagnose. He seemed like a nice guy and knowledgeable about plumbing but he didn't even go in the house to investigate. They need to work their customer service.

ARK plumbing is an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. My home warranty company assigned them to help solve a leaking faucet. Sal came out and fixed the problem and then showed me a frozen Gate valve that needed to be replaced. He took the time to also show me where the street water valve was and how to turn it off. Great service from the office staff to plumber!

The person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and argumentative and would not even let me speak. I suppose they may have been having a bad day, but they immediately lost a customer because of their nonexistent customer service skills.

Worst service I've ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Spoke to Elana who happens to be the manager there and she was very rude and unprofessional. Was told she closed out my claim after calling "numerous times" and speaking to a "young lady," however I did not see any missing phone calls "numerous times" from their company and do not recall speaking to her at all. Also why would they close out my claim without making sure everything was fixed? They cut open my wall to see the issue and that was still not fixed, so why would they think not to send anyone out? My insurance also said that the claim was still open on their end so they were confused why they closed out their claim. Speaking to them was very frustrating, luckily my insurance was able to find me another technician. I would recommend you do the same. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
